every industry has some conditions that are
suitable for it to grow, similarly BPO do,
some main reasons why BPOs are growing in
India day by day.

A booming IT industry, with IT strengths
recognized all over the world .

Because of large population In India, the
manpower cost is approximately one-tenth of
what it is overseas. From technical point of
view Among the total number of graduates that
pass out every year is in lakhs (aprox.).
- Gov. policy:
India is at the crossroads vis-a-vis the
BPO industry. It is time the Government became
proactive and took definitive measures. For
a start it could:

plan;

Evolves Hybrid BPO business
model to suit the Indian-Western requirements;

Provide proper induction
to the employees;

Put in place professional
training courses;

Improve infrastructural
facilities; and

Provide incentives to motivate
and encourage companies. Such an approach
would restore the confidence of the outsourcers.
